• Responsible for design and production of all print media. Proofreading all printed
materials including proposals and reports, video production, isometric art and
schematics. Responsible for proposal management and cross-training employees.
• Conceived, designed and produced an original media-rich marketing CD, the first
of its kind for BAE Systems, which examined the business hierarchy of the company:
its business sectors, companies, and all products manufactured in North America.
Overcoming difficulties such as changing toolsets, compatibility issues, non-
functional videos, cumbersome computer performance and loss of animation
functionality, the long period of performance included experimenting with formats
and processes and compiling information from Internet sources. This product
resulted in a low-pressure marketing tool that was self-contained, extensive, system-
compatible, and easy to use.
• Accelerated the speed of learning within the company by conceiving, designing
and producing a Macromedia Flash based Adobe Photoshop training CD for
employee training. Fully self-contained, the CD utilizes instruction by example videos
leading the viewer through various image manipulation techniques relevant to their
specific duties as employees. Overcame several technical limitations through
extensive experimentation.
• Implemented, digitized, and maintained a corporate accessible image archive
including 3-D mesh models and stock photography for use by all BAE Systems art
departments in North America.
• Created, designed and produced a Flash based interactive CD focused on our
Platform Solutions Business Sector offering more in-depth examination of products
and key relevant personnel.
• Designed and produced a range of printed materials, plasma display graphics,
invitations and an eighteen page “yearbook” for the 2004 Engineers Week
celebration which lauded nominees, finalists, winners, and awards ceremonies.
